Hey there! My name is Terica (Erica with a T!) I am a small-town country girl, born and raised in the PNW, who loves fishing, off-roading, and being in nature. I am a sexy, soulful, and sassy woman who's always on an adventure, even if I'm just cleaning the house. I am a consummate learner and master of manifestation. I am a change agent and servant leader. I am an intuitive creator of safe spaces, belonging, and transformation. I am an International Public Speaker and International Best Selling Author.
I am also a High School dropout who became a single mother at twenty-one and built an incredibly successful career as a Training and Leadership Consultant, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. All while caring for my young daughter, my father, and a grandmother with Alzheimer's. And I am realizing in my forties that none of this would have been possible without my dear friend - ADHD.
Out of all those titles, my favorite people call me Mom, Auntie and now Grandma.

As far back as I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping others. Whether it was lending an ear to a friend in need or offering advice to a coworker struggling with a problem, I found joy in connecting with people and positively impacting their lives.
It wasn't until later in life that I realized I had been a coach all along. Coaching wasn't just a job or a profession; it was a way of life for me. I wanted to help more people live a life they loved, and coaching was the perfect way to do that. As I gained more experience, I realized that there were many people out there who could benefit from my skills and expertise.
I work with people from all walks of life, helping them to overcome their fears, achieve their goals, and live the life they truly want. It's not always easy, but seeing the transformation in my clients is what makes it all worthwhile. I love watching them grow and thrive, knowing I played a small part in their success.
Why i decided to become a coach
