Hey there! My name is Terica (Erica with a T!) I am a small-town country girl, born and raised in the PNW, who loves fishing, off-roading, and being in nature. I am a sexy, soulful, and sassy woman who's always on an adventure, even if I'm just cleaning the house. I am a consummate learner and master of manifestation. I am an intuitive creator of safe spaces, belonging, and transformation. I am a change agent and servant leader. I am an International Public Speaker and International Best Selling Author.

I am also a high school dropout who became a single mother at twenty-one and built an incredibly successful career as a Change Management and Training Consultant, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. All while caring for my young daughter, my father, and a grandmother with Alzheimer's. And I am realizing in my forties that none of this would have been possible without my dear friend - ADHD.

Out of all those titles, my favorite people call me Mom, Auntie and now Munga (AKA Grandma).

Me

about

I help people and organizations navigate transformational change.

Whether you're an individual standing at a crossroads or a business facing rapid growth, cultural challenges, leadership gaps, or large-scale transformation, I help uncover the blind spots, patterns, and barriers standing between where you are and what's possible.

I see what others miss.

Then I help you create a path forward.

For individuals, that may look like reclaiming confidence, navigating life transitions, or stepping into a new chapter with clarity and purpose.

For organizations, it means aligning people, strategy, systems, and culture to create sustainable growth, stronger leadership, and measurable business results.

Because transformation isn't just about changing what you do.

It's about changing what becomes possible.

I’m Here to Disrupt, Uplift, and Transform

In Life & In Business

As far back as I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping others. Whether it was lending an ear to a friend in need or offering advice to a coworker struggling with a problem, I found joy in connecting with people and positively impacting their lives.

It wasn't until later in life that I realized I had been a coach all along. Coaching wasn't just a job or a profession; it was a way of life for me. I wanted to help more people live a life they loved, and coaching was the perfect way to do that. As I gained more experience, I realized that there were many people out there who could benefit from my skills and expertise.

Now, I work with people from all walks of life, helping them get unstuck, shift energy, and turn overwhelm into momentum.

Why i decided to become a coach

  • I am infinitely curious and a consummate learner.
  • Tacos and guac are always the right answer!
  • In 2021, I threw everything in storage and drove over 15k miles in 4 months to spend time with the people I love.
