Hey there 💛

It’s been a minute…I know. I’ve been deep in the real work: healing, growing, supporting my clients, loving on my family, and creating new aligned opportunities that light my soul on fire. I am actually writing this while taking advantage of some quiet time, cause the 2 babies and 3 dogs are all napping…at the same time! YAY me!  No wonder it feels like the first half of 2025 has flown by LOL. It’s been a full season over here—in the best and wildest ways. 

These days my time is spent juggling workshops, strategy sessions, and baby snuggles. My fierce and fiery 20-month-old granddaughter, Finnley Rose (a.k.a. the feral toddler lol), keeps me on my toes with her bold NOs and unstoppable curiosity. I adore her wild spirit! It takes me back in time to when her Mama was little and of course I see a little bit of myself in there too. On June 5th, we welcomed her baby brother, Beau Robert — a sweet, calm soul who balances the energy perfectly. It’s been beautiful and humbling to witness life through their eyes while also building legacy in new ways. And even though it all leaves me exhausted at times, I treasure every moment, every giggle, and every rock-a-bye.  

On the business front, I continue to do all sorts of things for individuals, groups, entrepreneurs and organizations AND NOW…I have also partnered with some other amazing women I love and deeply admire to create even more impact on a seismic scale! 

Personally, I am still hosting workshops, challenges and private sessions both online and in-person. You can catch me in WA through July, then Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Antonio for August and then I’ll be back in MS around the beginning of September. #EmpowermentOnTheMove

Back in March, the government project I was on was abruptly cancelled, leaving me with some unexpected free time that I spent conducting free business assessments, hosting in-person business strategy sessions and…drumroll please…launching SEISMIC! 

With the current state of our country (and the world), I’m committed to helping more human-focused businesses elevate. I’ve taken my career in change management, leadership and training, combined it with 2 other incredible women and launched Seismic, a full-service consultancy (and movement) to help companies hardwire inclusion, emotional intelligence, and conscious leadership into their foundations. We believe growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of people, and change doesn’t have to be hard. We’re reimagining the full employee journey: hiring for character, onboarding for belonging, and developing leaders who don’t just manage change — they move it. It’s time to scale with strategy, structure, and sustainability—without losing sight of the HUMAN element.

And this last update is extra special and makes my heart so happy. Before my granddaughter Finnley was born, I began teaching Kiana everything I knew about Canva and design basics and from there, MamaandFinnShop was born. Since then, she’s been on fire—creating custom apparel, logos, flyers, managing social media…and now, we’ve officially teamed up to elevate more entrepreneurs and small businesses. As entrepreneurs ourselves and with businesses that serve entrepreneurs, we know all too well the many hats worn and how exhausting it can all be.
